Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our local distribution centers in Brisbane via our delivery partners. We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours except for public holidays. During peak periods this may be longer due to high demand. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. You can use this number to track your order through Australia Post.

We offer Free Standard Australia Post Shipping on orders over $150. A flat shipping fee of $15 will apply for all orders under $150. 

The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 7 working days for metro areas, and with additional 2 to 5 workings for regional areas in Australia. 

Sew Far uses third-party delivery services such as Australia Post and other couriers. Delivery times after dispatch are subject to these third-party services and are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage caused by any delivery delays.
