- What material are your bedding sets made from?

Our bedding is crafted from premium cotton, chosen for its softness, breathability, and everyday comfort. 

- Will the fabric pill?

With proper care, our high-quality cotton fabric is designed to resist pilling during normal use. Like all natural fibres, excessive friction or improper washing may cause some wear over time.

- Will the bedding shrink after washing?

Natural cotton may experience minimal shrinkage after the first wash, which is completely normal. We recommend washing in cold or warm water and avoiding high-heat tumble drying to help maintain the best fit and feel.

- Is your bedding suitable for the Australian climate?

Yes. Cotton is naturally breathable and comfortable throughout the seasons, helping keep you cool during warmer months while remaining cosy when paired with your favourite quilt in winter.

- Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to photograph our products in natural lighting and accurately represent their true colours. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and display devices.

- Is this a good gift?

Absolutely. Bedding makes a thoughtful gift for housewarmings, weddings, birthdays, or anyone who appreciates beautiful home essentials.

Sizing

- What bed sizes do you offer?

Our bedding is designed to fit standard Australian mattress sizes. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

- Will the fitted sheet fit a deep mattress?

Our fitted sheet works for mattress with a depth up to 40cm the best. Please check the fitted sheet depth listed on the product page. If you’re unsure which size is best for your mattress, feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to help.

Care Instructions

- Can I machine wash the bedding?

Yes. We recommend:

• Cold or warm machine wash (30°C or below)
• Mild detergent
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not use bleach

- Can I tumble dry it?

We recommend line drying whenever possible or using a low-heat tumble dry setting to help preserve the fabric and minimise shrinkage.

- Does the bedding need ironing?

If you prefer a crisp finish, you can iron on a low to medium heat. Many customers also love the relaxed, natural texture of cotton after washing.

Shipping

- When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- How long does shipping take within Australia?

Estimated delivery times are:

• Queensland: 2–5 business days
• NSW & Victoria: 3–7 business days
• South Australia, Western Australia & Tasmania: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.

- Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within Australia only.

Orders

- Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Your order cannot be changed if it's shipped.

- Can I send your bedding as a gift?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout, and we’ll send it directly to them.

Returns & Support

- What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

- Can I exchange or return my order?

If your bedding is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
