What is your bedding made from?
Our bedding is made from cotton sateen, chosen for its smooth, soft and comfortable feel.
What does a quilt cover set include?
Each quilt cover set includes one quilt cover and two matching pillowcases. This applies to all available sizes, including Single, Double, Queen and King.
Will the colours match the photos?
We aim to represent colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations can occur because of lighting and different screen or device settings.
Is the bedding suitable for the Australian climate?
Cotton sateen has a smooth, comfortable feel suitable for everyday use. The warmth of your bedding will also depend on the quilt and other layers you use.
Will the fabric pill?
Pilling can occur naturally with use and friction over time. Following the recommended care instructions can help minimise pilling and keep your bedding looking its best.
Will the bedding shrink after washing?
As with most cotton fabrics, some shrinkage may occur after washing. Following the care instructions and avoiding high heat can help maintain the fit and feel of your bedding.
How should I wash and care for my bedding?
Machine wash in cold or warm water (30°C or below) with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not use bleach. Line dry where possible, or tumble dry on low heat. Ironing is optional; use low to medium heat if desired.

What bed sizes are available?
Our bedding is designed for standard Australian bed sizes. Check the size measurements on each product page before ordering.
Will the fitted sheet fit a deep mattress?
Our fitted sheets are designed for mattresses up to 40 cm deep. Check the size measurements on the product page before ordering.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on orders A$150 or more within Australia. A flat shipping fee of A$15 applies to orders below A$150.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, via Australia Post.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you can use your tracking details to follow its journey. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia.
Returns
What is your change-of-mind returns policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on eligible items within Australia. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, and eligible returns include a prepaid return shipping label. If you would like a different item, return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted. See our Returns Policy for full conditions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help you resolve it.
Orders
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.
